Line a clean surface and press the firm tofu to remove excess moisture.

Crumble the pressed tofu into a large mixing bowl, breaking into small pieces.

Stir in finely chopped onion, minced garlic, and diced red bell pepper until evenly distributed.

Fold in grated carrot.

Add cooked quinoa to the mixture to help bind and add moisture.

Mix in rolled oats to absorb moisture and help bind the patties.

Season with low-sodium soy sauce, ground black pepper, and salt; mix thoroughly.

Drizzle in olive oil and mix until a cohesive, slightly sticky batter forms.

Divide and shape the mixture into four equal patties; chill 15 minutes to firm.
Bun & Veggies

Lightly toast the wheat burger buns in a dry skillet or toaster until golden.

Rinse or pat dry lettuce leaves and set aside.

Slice tomatoes into rounds suitable for stacking.
Sauce

Spread Ambrosia Sauce on the cut side of the bottom buns.
Assembly

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook patties 3-4 minutes per side until browned and firm.

Place a patty on the bottom half of each bun.
