Preheat a mug by rinsing it with hot water and discarding the water to warm the cup.

Pour 45 ml Metaxa Five Star Brandy into the warmed mug.

Add 180 ml of hot, freshly brewed strong coffee to the mug and stir to combine with the brandy.

Stir in 1 teaspoon sugar until fully dissolved; adjust sweetness to taste.

Top the drink with 30 ml whipped cream, allowing it to form a creamy layer on the surface.

Dust with 0.25 teaspoon ground cinnamon for aroma and garnish.
