Chill and prepare
Chill a highball glass (or copper mug) and fill with ice to pre-cool the glass and keep the drink chilly.

Add vodka and lime
Pour 50 ml Hangar One Vodka and 15 ml fresh lime juice over the ice in the glass.

Top with ginger beer
Add 120 ml Fever Tree Ginger Beer to fill the glass, leaving room for a gentle stir.

Stir
Gently stir the mixture to combine the ingredients without over-foaming the ginger beer.

Garnish and serve
Garnish with a lime wedge. Serve immediately, optionally with a straw.
