Method
APPETIZERS
- 1
Prepare cheeses
Remove cheeses from the refrigerator 15-20 minutes before serving to allow flavors to bloom. Arrange the soft goat cheese, cheddar, and blue cheese on a large serving board and, if desired, cut the soft cheese into 6-8 wedges and the cheddar into small triangular wedges.
- 2
Quince jam
Spoon 1–2 tablespoons of quince jam into a small ramekin or a hollow area on the board.
- 3
Apple chutney
Place the apple chutney in a separate small ramekin or dish on the board.
- 4
Fresh fruit
Wash the fresh fruit and slice into bite-sized pieces or wedges; fan or scatter around the cheeses for color and balance.
- 5
Flatbread crisps
Arrange the Rustic Bakery flatbread crisps in a neat pile or fan around the edge of the board for easy grabbing.
- 6
Finish and serve
Optional: finish with a light sprinkle of flaky salt or a few mint leaves for aroma and color. Serve at room temperature with small cheese knives or plates for guests.
