Steak Kabobs
Lebanese Whipped Garlic
Method
Preparing the Steak Kabobs
- 1
Marinate the Steak
Cut the beef sirloin steak into 1-inch cubes and place them in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, black pepper, and salt. Pour the marinade over the steak cubes and mix well to ensure all pieces are coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

Assemble the Kabobs
After marinating, take the steak out of the refrigerator. Pre-soak the skewers in water for 30 minutes if using wooden skewers. Alternate threading the marinated steak and vegetables onto the skewers, ensuring to leave some space between each piece.
