Chicken Kabobs

Prepare the Marinade
In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper.

Marinate the Chicken
Cut the chicken breast into 1-inch cubes and add to the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, preferably 1-2 hours.

Skewer the Chicken
Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto 6 skewers.

Prepare the Mixture
In a mixing bowl, combine ground lamb, finely chopped onion, chopped parsley, ground allspice, salt, black pepper, and ground cinnamon. Mix until well combined.

Form the Kafta
Divide the mixture into 6 equal portions and shape them onto skewers, pressing firmly.

Grill the Kafta
On the same grill, cook the kafta for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking.
Lebanese Garlic Paste

Prepare the Garlic Paste
In a food processor, combine garlic cloves and salt. Blend until smooth. Gradually add lemon juice and olive oil while blending until creamy.

Transfer the garlic paste to a serving bowl and serve it alongside the kabobs.
