    Prepare the Cabbage

    Remove the outer leaves of the cabbage and cut it into quarters. Remove the core and thinly slice the cabbage into shreds.

    Chop the Tomatoes

    Core and dice the tomatoes into small pieces. Set aside.

    Chop the Parsley

    Rinse the parsley under cold water, shake off excess water, and finely chop the leaves.

    Peel the garlic cloves and mince them finely.

Assembly

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, diced tomatoes, chopped parsley, and minced garlic.
