Method
Kabob Preparation

Prepare the Chicken and Vegetables
Cube the chicken breast, bell pepper, and red onion into bite-sized pieces.

Assemble the Kabob
Thread the marinated chicken and vegetables onto the wooden skewers, alternating between the chicken and vegetables.

Cook the Kabob
Grill or broil the skewers on medium heat for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.
Greek Salad Preparation

Prepare the Salad Ingredients
Chop the cucumber and halve the cherry tomatoes.

Mix the Salad
In a bowl, combine the cucumber, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Toss gently to mix.
Hummus Preparation

Blend Hummus Ingredients
In a food processor, combine the canned chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, paprika, and water.

Process until Smooth
Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy. Add additional water if needed to reach desired consistency.

Serve the Hummus
Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl and drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle paprika on top.
