Method
Chicken Kabob Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Marinade
In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic cloves, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- 2
Marinate the Chicken
Cut chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes and add them to the marinade. Mix well to ensure the chicken is evenly coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or ideally overnight for better flavor.
- 3
Soak Skewers
If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning on the grill.
- 4
Skewer Chicken
Once marinated, thread the chicken pieces onto the skewers, leaving a small space between each piece for even cooking.
Grilling
- 5
Preheat Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- 6
Lebanese Garlic Paste Preparation
- 7
Make the Garlic Paste
In a food processor, combine garlic cloves and salt. Process until the garlic is finely minced. While the processor is running, slowly drizzle in the olive oil and lemon juice until a smooth paste forms.
