Chicken Kabobs

Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add chicken breast chunks and mix well. Cover and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Prepare the Vegetables
Chop bell peppers and red onion into chunks. Set aside.

Assemble the Kabobs
Thread marinated chicken and vegetables onto skewers, alternating between chicken and vegetables.

Prepare the Vegetables
Chop romaine lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, radishes, green onions, and parsley. Place all chopped vegetables in a large bowl.

Make the Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, and salt.

Combine the Salad
Pour the dressing over the chopped vegetables and toss to coat. Add toasted pita bread pieces and mix gently.

Serve
Transfer hummus to a serving bowl and drizzle with olive oil before serving.

Cook the Lentils
In a pot, combine lentils and 3 cups of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until lentils are tender, about 20 minutes.

Make the Dough
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, and salt. Gradually add water and olive oil, mixing until a dough forms.

Knead the Dough
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.

Shape and Bake
Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). Divide dough into balls, roll out into circles, and bake on a baking sheet for 5-7 minutes until puffed and lightly golden.
