Preparing Lamb Kafta

In a large bowl, combine ground lamb with finely chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped cilantro, cumin, allspice, salt, and black pepper.

Mix the ingredients thoroughly with your hands and shape into elongated patties or skewers.
Grilling

Prepare the grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Skewer the chicken and vegetables
Thread the marinated chicken, bell peppers, and onion onto skewers.
