Method

Kabob Preparation

  1. 1

    Mix the Lamb Mixture

In a large bowl, combine ground lamb, grated onion, chopped parsley, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, black pepper, olive oil, and lemon juice. Mix everything together until well combined.

  2. 2

    Form the Kabobs

Take a handful of the lamb mixture and mold it around the skewer, forming a long sausage shape. Repeat this process until all the mixture is used up. You should have approximately 18 kabobs.

  3. 3

    Marinate

Cover the kabobs with plastic wrap and let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or up to 4 hours for more flavor.

  4. 4

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F or 200°C).

  5. 5

    Grill the Kabobs

Place the kabobs on the grill and cook for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are nicely browned and cooked through.

Garlic Paste Preparation

  1. 6

    Make the Garlic Paste

In a food processor, combine garlic cloves and salt. Pulse until the garlic is finely minced. Gradually add lemon juice and olive oil while processing until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
