Method
Marinate Chicken

Prepare the Chicken
Cut the boneless chicken breast into 1-inch cubes and place them in a large mixing bowl.

Mix Marinade
In the mixing bowl, add olive oil, yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, ground cumin, ground coriander, ground paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.

Marinate Chicken
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to develop.
Prepare Skewers

Soak Skewers
If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.

Preheat Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Make Lebanese Garlic Paste

Prepare Garlic Paste
In a food processor, combine garlic cloves and salt. Process until finely minced.

Slowly add lemon juice and olive oil while the processor is running until you achieve a smooth paste.
