Prepare the Cabbage
Remove the outer leaves of the cabbage, cut it into quarters, and slice thinly. Place the sliced cabbage in a large mixing bowl.

Chop the Tomatoes
Wash the tomatoes, remove the stems, and chop them into small pieces. Add to the bowl with the cabbage.

Mince the Garlic
Peel and finely mince the garlic cloves. Add to the bowl with the cabbage and tomatoes.

Combine Ingredients
Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture in the large bowl. Toss everything together until the vegetables are evenly coated with the dressing.

Let the slaw sit for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld before serving. This slaw can be served cold or at room temperature.
