Preparation of Chicken

Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, mirin, brown sugar, grated ginger, and minced garlic. Add chicken breasts and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Cook the Chicken
In a skillet, heat a little oil over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Remove from heat and slice into strips.

Prepare the Soup Base
In a large pot, combine chicken broth, miso paste, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for about 10 minutes.

Cook the Ramen Noodles
In a separate pot, bring water to a boil. Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions, usually around 3-4 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Combine Ingredients
In serving bowls, add cooked ramen noodles and ladle the hot soup over them. Top with sliced chicken, shredded cabbage, soft-boiled egg halves, sliced green onions, kamaboko, and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.

Serve immediately with your choice of regular or spicy soup, and enjoy your Teriyaki Chicken Ramen!
