Ramen Bowl
Method
Beef Marinade
- 1
Prepare the Marinade
In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, minced ginger, and sesame oil until well combined.
- 2
Marinate the Beef
Add the thinly sliced beef sirloin to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Ramen Bowl
- 3
Cook the Ramen Noodles
In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions (usually 3-5 minutes). Drain and set aside.
- 4
Prepare the Broth
In the same pot, bring the beef broth to a simmer over medium heat.
- 5
Cook the Beef
In a skillet over medium-high heat, add the marinated beef (discard excess marinade) and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- 6
Assemble the Ramen Bowl
Divide the cooked ramen noodles into two bowls. Pour the hot beef broth over the noodles. Top with cooked beef, shredded cabbage, sliced kamaboko, halved boiled eggs, sliced green onions, and toasted sesame seeds.
- 7
Add Spice (Optional)
If desired, drizzle Sriracha over the top for added heat.
