Cook the Chicken
Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing excess marinade to drip off. Cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F). Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Garnish
Sprinkle chopped green onions over the cooked chicken for added flavor.
Kimchi Aioli

Prepare the Aioli
In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, chopped kimchi, lime juice, garlic powder, and salt. Stir until all ingredients are well blended. Adjust seasoning to taste. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Bowl Assembly

Assemble the Bowl
In a serving bowl, start with a base of cooked rice. Top with sliced cucumber, julienned carrots, and baby spinach. Arrange sliced Korean chicken on top.

Add Aioli and Garnish
Drizzle the kimchi aioli over the assembled bowl. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top for garnish.
