Method

Seafood Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Shrimp

Peel and devein the shrimp. In a bowl, season the shrimp with salt and black pepper.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Mahi Mahi

Cut the mahi mahi fillets into smaller pieces. Season with salt and black pepper.

  3. 3

    Breading Process

Set up a breading station: Place flour in one bowl, whisk eggs in another, and place bread crumbs in a third. Dredge shrimp and mahi mahi in flour, dip in egg, then coat with bread crumbs.

  4. 4

    Fry the Seafood

Heat oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat. Fry the shrimp for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown, then remove and drain on paper towels. Repeat with mahi mahi for another 4-5 minutes.

BBQ Beef Preparation

  1. 5

    Marinate the Beef

In a bowl, combine BBQ sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the beef sirloin and coat it well. Allow it to marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 6

    Grill the Beef

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated beef for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until it reaches your desired doneness.

  3. 7

    Slice the Beef

Once cooked, let the beef rest for a few minutes before slicing it against the grain.
