Method

Seafood Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Breading Station

Set up three shallow dishes: one with flour mixed with salt and pepper, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.

  2. 2

    Bread the Shrimp

Dip each shrimp first in the flour, then in the egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs. Place on a tray.

  3. 3

    Cook the Shrimp

Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Fry the breaded shrimp in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.

  4. 4

    Cook the Mahi Mahi

Season Mahi Mahi fillets with salt and pepper. In the same pan, add more oil if necessary, and cook the fillets for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through and flaky.

Salad Preparation

  1. 5

    Prepare the Salad Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber slices.

  2. 6

    Dress the Salad

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Pour over the salad and toss to combine.

Vegetable Preparation

  1. 7

    Sauté the Vegetables

In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

  2. 8

    Add Vegetables

Add broccoli florets and sliced carrots to the pan. Season with salt and pepper. Sauté until vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.

Carb Preparation

  1. 9

    Prepare Rice or French Fries

Cook rice according to package instructions or prepare French fries according to your preferred method.
