Season the salmon fillets with salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Let them sit for about 10 minutes.

Steam the Salmon
Place the seasoned salmon fillets in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover and steam for about 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
Thai Salsa

Prepare the Ingredients
Finely chop the fresh cilantro, red onion, and jalapeño pepper. Halve the cherry tomatoes.

Mix the Salsa
In a bowl, combine chopped cilantro, red onion, cherry tomatoes, jalapeño pepper, lime juice, and fish sauce. Stir well to combine and let it sit for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Prepare the Vegetables
Chop the carrot and zucchini into bite-sized pieces.

In a steamer basket, add broccoli, carrot, and zucchini. Steam for about 5-7 minutes, or until they are tender but still crisp.
