Soup Ingredients
Method
Wonton Preparation
- 1
Make the Filling
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, chopped shrimp, green onions, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Assemble the Wontons
Take a wonton wrapper and place about 1 teaspoon of the filling in the center. Wet the edges with a little water. Fold the wrapper in half to create a triangle, pressing the edges to seal. Then bring the two corners of the triangle together and pinch to seal completely. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
