Pork Chop

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the pork loin chops for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

  3. 3

    Grill the Onion

Slice the onion into rings and grill them alongside the pork for the last 5 minutes until they are tender and slightly charred.

Green Salad

    Prepare the Salad

In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced cucumber.

  2. 5

    Dress the Salad

Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the salad, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss gently to combine.

Garlic Sautéed Vegetables

Slice the bell peppers and zucchini into thin strips. Mince the garlic cloves.

  2. 7
