    Prepare the Vegetables

    Wash and chop the green beans, carrots, zucchini, broccoli, and cabbage into bite-sized pieces.

    Measure the Ingredients

    Gather all the ingredients needed for the Panang curry, including the curry paste, coconut milk, and seasonings.

Cooking

    Heat the Oil

    In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.

    Cook the Curry Paste

    Add the Panang curry paste to the hot oil and stir-fry for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

    Add Coconut Milk

    Pour in the coconut milk and stir to combine with the curry paste. Bring to a simmer.

    Add Vegetables

    Add the chopped vegetables (green beans, carrots, zucchini, broccoli, and cabbage) to the skillet. Stir well to coat the vegetables with the curry sauce.

    Add the soy sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, and salt. Stir and simmer for about 10-15 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
