Cooking Rice

Prepare the Rice
In a large pot, combine 2 cups of white rice and 4 cups of water. Bring to a boil over high heat.

Simmer
Once boiling, reduce the heat to low, cover, and let it simmer for 18-20 minutes or until the rice is cooked and water is absorbed. Remove from heat and let it sit covered for 5 minutes.

Cook the Hamburger Patty
In the same skillet, cook the hamburger patty for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until desired doneness. Remove and set aside.

Prepare SPAM
Slice the SPAM into thick pieces and fry in the skillet for about 2-3 minutes on each side until crispy. Remove and set aside.

Warm the Kalua Pork
In a small saucepan, heat the kalua pork over low heat until warmed through. Stir occasionally to ensure even heating.

Making Brown Gravy

Prepare the Gravy
In a saucepan, combine the brown gravy mix with 2 cups of water. Heat over medium heat, whisking continuously until the gravy thickens.
Assembling the Dish

Layer the Ingredients
In a serving bowl, place a generous portion of cooked rice at the bottom.

Add the Proteins
Layer the chicken cutlet, hamburger patty, SPAM, and kalua pork on top of the rice.

Top with Eggs
Place the fried eggs on top of the layered proteins.

Drizzle with Gravy
Finally, drizzle the warm brown gravy over the entire dish for added flavor.
