Method

Fries Preparation

  1. 1

    Fry the Potatoes

In a large pot or deep fryer, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 175°C (350°F). Carefully add the frozen French fries and fry them until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove them from the oil and drain on paper towels. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Topping Preparation

  1. 2

    Prepare the Meat and Vegetables

While the fries are frying, thinly slice the pastrami or Philly steak. In a skillet over medium heat, add a small amount of oil if needed and sauté the sliced meat until heated through, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

  2. 3

    Sauté the Vegetables

In the same skillet, add the sliced onions and bell peppers. Sauté until they are soft and slightly caramelized, about 5-6 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Assembly

  1. 4

    Assemble the Loaded Fries

On a large serving platter, layer the fried potatoes. Top them with the sautéed meat, followed by the sautéed vegetables. Generously sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top. Finally, dollop cream cheese and garnish with sliced green onions.

  2. 5

    Serve

Serve the loaded fries immediately while hot, allowing everyone to dig in and enjoy!
