Marinate the Beef
In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, chopped green onions, and black pepper. Mix well.

Prepare Ribs
Add the beef short ribs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, gochujang, honey, minced garlic, and sesame seeds until well combined.

Prepare Chicken
Add chicken thighs to the marinade and ensure they are evenly coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

Cook the Chicken
Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, gochugaru, sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, chopped green onions, and black pepper. Mix well.

Add the thinly sliced pork shoulder to the marinade, making sure it’s fully coated. Refrigerate and marinate for at least 1 hour.
