Prepare the Noodles

Boil the Water
In a large pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil over high heat.

Cook the Noodles
Add the saimin noodles to the boiling water and cook according to the package instructions, usually about 3-5 minutes, until tender. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Spam

Slice the Spam
Cut the Spam into thin slices, approximately 1/4 inch thick.

Sauté the Spam
In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil over medium heat. Add the sliced Spam and sauté until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.

Pour in 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and sprinkle with black pepper. Stir to coat the Spam evenly and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the chopped green onions.
Assemble the Dish

Combine Noodles and Spam
In a large bowl, add the cooked saimin noodles and top with the sautéed Spam mixture.
