Season and Cook the Pork
Rub the pork shoulder with liquid smoke, sea salt, and black pepper. Place it in a slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours or until the meat is tender and shreds easily.

Shred the Pork
Once cooked, remove the pork from the slow cooker and let it cool slightly. Use two forks to shred the meat into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.

Prepare the Nachos
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). On a large baking sheet, spread a layer of tortilla chips evenly.

Layer the Ingredients
Top the tortilla chips with shredded pork, followed by cheddar jack cheese, diced tomatoes, sliced black olives, and black beans.

Bake the Nachos
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
