Preparation
1. Prepare the Vegetables
Wash and chop all vegetables as directed. Make sure to have the broccoli in small florets, the carrot julienned, and bell pepper sliced thinly for even cooking. Mince the garlic cloves and set aside.

In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, and sesame oil. Stir well to create a uniform sauce mixture.

In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
4. Stir Fry Vegetables
Add the broccoli, bell pepper, carrot, and snap peas to the skillet. Stir fry for about 3-4 minutes until they start to become tender but still crisp.
5. Add Garlic
Add the minced garlic to the pan and stir fry for an additional 1-2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant and lightly golden.
6. Add Sauce
Pour the sauce mixture over the stir-fried vegetables and toss well to coat them evenly. Continue to stir fry for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly and the vegetables are well coated.
7. Serve
Remove the stir fry from heat, transfer to a serving dish, and sprinkle with sesame seeds for garnish. Serve hot.
