Method
Garlic Chips
- 1
Prepare Garlic Chips
Peel and thinly slice the garlic cloves.
- 2
Fry the Garlic
In a frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Once hot, add the sliced garlic and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes. Be careful not to burn them. Remove the garlic chips and let them drain on a paper towel.
Teri Beef
- 3
Marinate the Beef
Slice the beef sirloin into thin strips. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, and black pepper. Add the beef strips to the marinade, cover, and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- 4
Cook the Beef
In a skillet over medium-high heat, add the marinated beef strips and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat.
Saimin Noodles
- 5
Cook the Saimin Noodles
In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the saimin noodles and cook according to package instructions (usually about 3-5 minutes) until tender. Drain and set aside.

Assemble the Dish
In a large bowl, combine the cooked saimin noodles and the teri beef. Toss well to combine. Top with the crispy garlic chips and finely sliced green onions for garnish. Serve immediately.
