Marinate Chicken
Place chicken thighs in a large resealable bag or a bowl. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring each piece is well coated. Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.

Remove chicken from the marinade and let it sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes before cooking. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a shallow dish, mix together the all-purpose flour and cornstarch. Dredge each chicken thigh in the flour mixture, shaking off the excess.

Heat Oil
In a large skillet or frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.

Fry Chicken
Carefully add the coated chicken thighs to the hot oil, skin side down. Fry for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.

Transfer the fried chicken to a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
