Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Udon Noodles

Bring a pot of water to boil and cook the udon noodles according to package instructions until tender. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Chop the Vegetables

Thinly slice the cabbage, julienne the carrot, and chop the green onions. Set aside.

  3. 3

    Prepare Proteins

Slice the fishcake and luncheon meat into bite-sized pieces.

Cooking

  1. 4

    Heat the Oil

In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.

  2. 5

    Stir-fry Vegetables

Add the sliced cabbage and carrot to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are slightly softened.

  3. 6

    Add Proteins

Add the fishcake and luncheon meat to the skillet. Stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.

  4. 7

  5. 8

    Season the Dish

Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting as necessary.

  6. 9

    Garnish and Serve

Remove from heat. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
