Making the Nacho Sauce
- 1
Prepare the Sauce
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, lime juice, garlic powder, and salt. Mix well until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste. Set aside.
Preparing the Fries

Cook the Fries
Preheat the oven according to the instructions on the frozen French fries package. Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake until crispy and golden brown, usually about 20-25 minutes.
Assembling the Dish
- 3
Layer the Toppings
Once the fries are done, remove them from the oven and sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the fries. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
- 4
Add Fresh Toppings
Remove the cheesy fries from the oven and top with diced tomatoes, onions, jalapenos, and sliced green onions.
- 5
Serve with Dips
Drizzle the sweet chili aioli (nacho sauce) over the top or serve it on the side along with sour cream and guacamole for dipping.
