Method

Fried Rice

  1. 1

    Prepare Fried Rice

In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and diced onion, sauté until translucent.

  2. 2

Add frozen mixed vegetables and cooked rice, stir well to combine. Pour in soy sauce, and season with salt and pepper. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes. Add chopped green onions before serving.

Chicken Cutlet

  1. 3

    Prepare Chicken Cutlet

Flatten the chicken breast to an even thickness. Prepare three bowls: one with flour mixed with salt and pepper, one with beaten egg, and one with bread crumbs.

  2. 4

Dip the chicken in flour, then egg, and finally coat with bread crumbs. Heat 1 cup of vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the chicken cutlet for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.

Hamburger Patty

  1. 5

    Prepare Hamburger Patty

In a bowl, combine ground beef with salt and pepper. Form into a patty.

  2. 6

Cook the patty on a grill or skillet over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked to your desired doneness. Place on the burger bun.

SPAM

  1. 7

    Cook SPAM

In a skillet, heat the sliced SPAM over medium heat until crispy and golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Fried Eggs

  1. 8

    Fry Eggs

In a non-stick skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the skillet and fry until the whites are set, about 3-4 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional minute if desired.

Brown Gravy

  1. 9

    Make Brown Gravy

In a saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Stir in 2 tablespoons of flour and cook for 1-2 minutes until lightly browned.

  2. 10

Gradually add beef broth, whisking continuously until the gravy thickens. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
