Method
Cooking the Rice

Rinse Rice
Rinse the white rice under cold water until the water runs clear.

Boil Rice
In a medium pot, combine the rinsed rice, water, and salt. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.

Simmer Rice
Once boiling, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 18-20 minutes until the rice is tender and water is absorbed.

Fluff Rice
Remove from heat and let it sit, covered, for another 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork before serving.
Cooking the Meats

Prepare SPAM
Open the can of SPAM and slice it into 1/4 inch thick slices.

Cook SPAM
In a skillet over medium heat, add the SPAM slices and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.

Prepare Sausages
Slice the Portuguese sausage and link sausage into thin rounds.

Cook Sausages
In the same skillet, add the sliced Portuguese sausage and link sausage. Cook until they are browned, about 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat.
Cooking the Eggs

Heat Oil for Eggs
In a small skillet, heat a little oil over medium heat.

Making the Brown Gravy

Mix Gravy
In a medium saucepan, whisk together the brown gravy mix and water.

Cook Gravy
Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat while stirring continuously until thickened, about 5 minutes.
Assembling the Dish

Layer Meats
On a plate, create a base of rice, then layer on the cooked SPAM, Portuguese sausage, and link sausage.

Add Eggs
Place the cooked eggs on top of the meats.

Add Gravy
Drizzle the brown gravy over the entire dish.
