Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Gather all ingredients and prepare them by mincing the garlic, chopping the green onions and cilantro, slicing the cucumber, and beating the eggs.

  2. 2

    Cook the Eggs

In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the beaten eggs and scramble until fully cooked. Remove the eggs from the skillet and set aside.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Sauté Garlic

In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil. Once hot, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

  2. 4

    Combine Ingredients

Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir well to combine with the garlic. Cook for about 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  3. 5

    Add Crab and Seasoning

Stir in the shredded crab meat, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to ensure the crab is evenly distributed. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until heated through.

  4. 6

    Finish with Eggs and Vegetables

Add the scrambled eggs back into the skillet along with the chopped green onions and cilantro. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

Serving

  1. 7

    Plate the Fried Rice

Remove the fried rice from heat and plate it. Garnish with additional green onions and cilantro if desired.

  2. 8

    Serve

Serve the fried rice with sliced cucumber and lemon wedges on the side for a fresh touch.
