Poke Preparation

    Prepare Ahi Tuna

    Cut the Ahi tuna into small cubes and place it in a bowl.

    Make Shoyu Marinade

    In a separate bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, chopped green onions, and Hawaiian sea salt. Adjust to taste.

    Combine

    Pour the marinade over the Ahi tuna cubes. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

    Prepare Spicy Ahi

    For the spicy Ahi, add Sriracha sauce to part of the marinated Ahi and mix well.

    Serve

    Serve the poke in small bowls with seaweed salad on the side.

Sides Preparation

    Sweet Potato Preparation

    Peel and cube the sweet potatoes. Boil in salted water for about 15 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.

    In a bowl, mix crab meat, diced avocado, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and olive oil. Stir until well combined.

    Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and let cool. Mix with the crab avocado salad for a creamy texture.

    Serve steamed soybeans on the side, seasoned with a sprinkle of salt.

Rice Preparation

    Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Combine rice and water in a pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes. Fluff with a fork after cooking.
