Short Ribs

Method

BBQ Chicken

  1. 1

    Prepare Chicken

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Season the chicken thighs with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

  2. 2

    Grill Chicken

Place the seasoned chicken thighs on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).

  3. 3

    Add BBQ Sauce

During the last few minutes of grilling, brush the BBQ sauce onto the chicken thighs and allow it to caramelize slightly.

  4. 4

    Rest and Slice

Remove the chicken from the grill, let it rest for 5 minutes, then slice and set aside.

BBQ Beef

  1. 5

    Prepare Beef

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Rub the beef brisket with onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

  2. 6

    Cook Beef

Place the seasoned brisket in a roasting pan and cover tightly with foil. Bake in the preheated oven for about 4 hours until tender.

  3. 7

    Add BBQ Sauce

Remove the brisket from the oven, uncover, and brush with BBQ sauce. Return to the oven for an additional 30 minutes.

  4. 8

    Slice and Serve

Let the brisket rest for 10 minutes before slicing against the grain. Serve with additional BBQ sauce.

Short Ribs

  1. 9

    Prepare Ribs

Season the short ribs with salt and black pepper. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear the ribs on all sides until browned.

  2. 10

    Braised Ribs

In a slow cooker, add the seared short ribs, crushed garlic cloves, beef broth, and BBQ sauce. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the meat is tender.

  3. 11

    Glaze and Serve

Once cooked, remove the ribs and brush generously with BBQ sauce. Broil in the oven for 3-5 minutes to caramelize the sauce before serving.
