Ramen Soup
Method
Preparing Skewers
- 1
Marinating the Chicken
In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken breast, cut into cubes, and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- 2
Assembling the Skewers
After marinating, thread the chicken, bell pepper (cut into squares), zucchini (sliced), and mushrooms onto skewers alternately until all ingredients are used.
- 3
Grilling the Skewers
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
