Method

Prepare the Burger Patty

    Mix Ingredients

    In a large bowl, combine cooked white beans, quinoa, shredded kale, roasted red pepper, sweet corn, red onion, bread crumbs, salt, and black pepper. Mash the mixture until well combined.

    Form Patties

    Shape the bean and quinoa mixture into 4 equal patties.

    Cook Patties

    Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

Make Sweet Chili Aioli

    Combine Ingredients

    In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, minced garlic, and lime juice until smooth.

Prepare Side Frites

    Bake or Fry Potatoes

    Toss the cut potatoes with olive oil and salt. Bake in a preheated oven at 425°F (220°C) for 25-30 minutes or until crispy, or fry until golden brown.

Prepare House Smoked Tomato Ketchup

    Mix Ketchup

    In a bowl, combine ketchup, smoked paprika, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well and let it sit for flavors to meld.

Assemble the Burger

    Assemble

    On each Amazing Grains roll, place a lettuce leaf, the quinoa patty, a slice of tomato, onion slices, and drizzle with sweet chili aioli. Top with the other half of the roll.
