Season and Combine
Season the hash with salt and black pepper to taste. Stir to combine and keep warm until ready to serve.
Spinach Sauté Preparation

Cook the Bacon
In a large skillet, cook the bacon slices over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon and set aside, leaving the drippings in the skillet.

Sauté Shallots
Add sliced shallots to the skillet and sauté in the bacon drippings until caramelized, about 5 minutes.

Add Spinach
Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, stirring frequently. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Crumble Bacon
Crumble the cooked bacon and mix it into the sautéed spinach.
Compound Butter Preparation

Prepare the Compound Butter
In a bowl, combine the softened butter, roasted garlic, chopped parsley, and chopped thyme. Mix well until fully combined.

Form and Chill
Transfer the mixture onto a piece of parchment paper, roll it into a log shape, and refrigerate until firm.
