Mix Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, mash the boiled potatoes until smooth. Cook the bacon until crispy, then crumble it. Add the crumbled bacon, roasted corn, shredded cheddar cheese, all-purpose flour, eggs, salt, and black pepper to the mashed potatoes. Mix until combined.

Form the Balls
Take a small amount of the potato mixture and roll it into a ball about the size of a golf ball. Repeat until all the mixture is used up.

Fry the Balls
In a large pot or deep fryer, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully drop in the potato balls in batches. Fry until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes per batch. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.

Prepare the Sauce
In a small bowl, combine ranch dressing with crumbled bacon. Mix well until combined. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
