Preparing the Tater Tots

Fry the Tater Tots
Heat the vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot until it reaches 350°F (175°C). Carefully add the frozen tater tots in batches and fry them for 4-5 minutes until they are golden brown and crispy. Remove them from the oil and drain on paper towels.
Making the Garlic Parmesan Sauce

Prepare the Sauce
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and combined. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Combining and Serving

Toss Tater Tots in Sauce
In a large mixing bowl, combine the fried tater tots with the garlic Parmesan sauce. Toss gently until the tater tots are evenly coated in the sauce. Sprinkle with chopped parsley for garnish.

Transfer the Garlic Parm Tots to a serving platter and enjoy hot as a delicious appetizer or side dish!
