Roast the Garlic
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Wrap the garlic cloves in aluminum foil and roast in the oven for about 20-25 minutes until tender and golden.

Cook the Potatoes
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced potatoes and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes start to soften.

Cook the Bacon
In a separate skillet, cook the bacon strips until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Assemble the Burger
Toast the burger buns lightly, then spread a generous amount of roasted garlic and herb mayo on the bottom half. Place the burger patty with melted cheese, followed by a scoop of corned beef hash, a fried egg, and crispy bacon. Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately.
