Method

Preparing the Salad

  1. 1

    Prepare the Mixed Greens

In a large salad bowl, place the mixed greens as the base of your Cobb salad.

  2. 2

    Chop the Vegetables

Slice the cucumber, tomato, and red onion into bite-sized pieces. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, scoop out the flesh, and slice it.

Adding Proteins and Toppings

  1. 3

    Prepare the Eggs

Peel the hard-boiled eggs, then chop them into quarters or slices.

  2. 4

    Cook the Bacon

If not pre-cooked, cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Once cooked, place on paper towels to absorb excess grease, then chop into small pieces.

  3. 5

    Assemble the Salad

On top of the mixed greens, arrange the cucumber, tomato, red onion, avocado, hard-boiled eggs, crispy bacon, and gorgonzola cheese in separate sections for a traditional Cobb salad presentation.

Serving the Salad

  1. 6

    Dress the Salad

Drizzle your choice of dressing over the salad according to your taste preference.

  2. 7

    Toss and Serve

Gently toss the salad to mix the ingredients together, or serve as is for a more visually appealing presentation. Enjoy!
