    Prepare the Marinade

    In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Rub this mixture onto the pork chops and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.

    Preheat a charcoal grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated pork chops for about 6-8 minutes per side or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
