Prepare the Romaine
Rinse and dry the romaine lettuce thoroughly. Tear it into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large salad bowl.

Add the Crispy Capers
Heat a small pan over medium heat. Add capers and sauté until they become crispy, about 3-4 minutes. Drain on paper towels and set aside.

Make the Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup of mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard, 1 clove of minced garlic, a pinch of salt, and pepper to taste.

Combine the Ingredients
Drizzle the dressing over the romaine lettuce and toss gently to coat. Add crispy capers and croutons, then gently toss again.

Top with grated Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
