Prepare the Chicken
Cut the chicken breast into thin strips and season with salt and pepper. Set aside.

Chop the Vegetables
Slice the bell peppers and carrot into thin strips. Cut the broccoli into smaller florets. Chop the green onions finely, separating the white part from the green.
Cooking

Cook the Chicken
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until cooked through. Remove from pan and set aside.

Stir-Fry the Vegetables
In the same pan, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the white parts of the green onions, followed by bell peppers, carrot, and broccoli. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender but still crisp.

Make the Sauce
In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, chili paste, and minced garlic.

Combine Everything
Return the cooked chicken to the pan with the vegetables. Pour the sauce over the stir-fry and mix well to combine. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to heat through.
Serving

Garnish and Serve
Remove from heat and garnish with fresh cilantro and lime wedges. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
