Prepare Coffee Base
1. Brew Espresso
Using an espresso machine, brew one shot of espresso. If you don't have an espresso machine, you can use a stovetop espresso maker.
2. Mix Condensed Milk
In a small cup or glass, combine the brewed espresso with the condensed milk. Stir well until fully mixed.
3. Add Cinnamon
Sprinkle the cinnamon over the espresso mixture and stir to combine. Set aside.
Prepare Milk Layer
4. Heat Milk
In a small saucepan, heat the whole milk over medium heat until steaming, making sure not to boil it.
5. Add Vanilla
Once the milk is heated, remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
Assemble the Drink
6. Combine Layers
In a tall glass, pour the espresso and condensed milk mixture as the first layer.
7. Add Milk Layer
Gently pour the warm vanilla milk over the back of a spoon to create a second layer on top of the espresso mixture.
8. Top with Whipped Cream
Spoon the whipped cream on top of the milk layer.
9. Finish with Cocoa Powder
Sprinkle cocoa powder on top of the whipped cream for garnish.
10. Garnish
Add a cinnamon stick on top for garnish and flavoring.
