Open the QR code generator software and enter the URL or text you want the QR code to link to.

Click on the 'Generate' button in the software to create your QR code.

Save the generated QR code image to your computer in the preferred format (PNG, JPEG, etc.).

If you want physical copies, use a printer to print the saved QR code on your desired medium.

Create a Database
Open your spreadsheet software and create a new spreadsheet to keep track of your QR codes, including the data they link to.

If you're using labels, print them out with the relevant QR code information for easy identification.
